I’m having trouble removing the battery door. Can you help?

The Talli device ships with three AA batteries inside the device and one in the packaging. A few tips on easily unscrewing and reinserting the battery door screw to insert the fourth battery at setup or to change the batteries down the road:

• You’ll need a standard small or medium sized Philips head screwdriver. You should not need an eyeglass screwdriver or anything that small, but if you try to use a large or extra large Philips head screwdriver, you may find it’s a little too big to fit into the slots. Please see the video below for an example of standard small-to-medium drivers versus a large driver.

• Hold the screwdriver perpendicular to the device and insert into the slots.

• Press down a little and turn to the left (counter clockwise) to remove the screw.

• It can take 10-12 turns to the left to unscrew. And 10-12 turns to the right to screw back in.
