The Talli Care app uses simple, icon-based buttons to track anything and everything you and your care team (other caregivers, other family members, medical providers, etc.) want to know.

• Invite your whole care team to the app. They’ll be able to check in anytime to see what’s been happening.

• Add photos and notes in the journal feature to capture those special moments you want to hold onto.

• Get reminders for medication and other key events you choose.

• Check patterns and trends to spot any changes early and stay ahead of any issues.

• Answer doctors’ questions easily with real data on things like symptoms, physical activity, medications, etc.
